Let go and Let God!
Reflections on Bereavement:
Often, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming. You may experience all kinds of difficult and unexpected emotions, from shock or anger to disbelief, guilt, and profound sadness. The pain of grief can also disrupt your physical health, making it difficult to sleep, eat, or even think straight.
1 Peter 5:7
Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
Great and very powerful to draw comfort from the above verse.
Take additional proactive steps.
Allow yourself to grieve. I found forest bathing as a unique way to regularly reenergize. Going for walks in nature absolutely healing. Appreciate the daily Grace and Awe of the Creator!
