Pasinex Resources Limited (CSE: PSE; FSE: PNX) is a metals company which is a 50% owner of the high grade Pinargozu zinc mine which is in production and, under its DSO Program, is shipping directly to zinc smelter / refiners from its mine site in Turkey. The Company has a strong technical management team with many years of experience in mineral exploration and mining project development. The mission of Pasinex is to build a mid-tier zinc company based on building a large land within a productive CRD district in Turkey. The Pinargozu Mine is included in the 50-50 company, Horzum Arama Isletme AS (Horzum AS), which is a corporate joint venture between Pasinex and Turkish mining house, Akmetal Madencilik San ve Tic. Akmetal AS is one of Turkey’s largest family-owned conglomerates with the nearby past-producing Horzum zinc mine.

Pasinex’s recent high-grade zinc sulphide sale is complete, representing another step toward building a consistent market for Pinargozu’s high-grade material while mine development works to establish additional production areas.

Pasinex is also preparing approximately 125 tonnes of zinc oxide material for crushing and independent sampling ahead of a planned September/October sale, with monthly zinc oxide sales forecast going forward.

Production is now starting across nine levels from new and established areas.
🔹 +663 reached a previously identified mineralized zone
🔹 +410 main drive advanced to ~85 metres
🔹 T1 exploration drift advanced to ~78 metres

Pasinex has completed the sale of ~525 DMT of high-grade zinc sulphide material from Pinargozu, assaying 46.2% zinc, 228 ppm germanium and 86.0 g/t silver.

The recurring presence of germanium and silver alongside high-grade zinc represents an opportunity to pursue greater value recognition from each tonne produced.

Pasinex continues to advance its operations in Türkiye, with progress across production, development and exploration:

🔹Horzum: 587 wet tonnes of zinc product mined in Q1, up from 280 tonnes in the corresponding period in 2025
🔹Pinargozu: +410 development advanced to 85 metres, while the T1 exploration drift advanced to 72 metres
🔹Sarikaya: 976.4 metres of underground diamond drilling across 12 drill holes completed as of August 28, 2026

With work advancing across both properties, Pasinex continues to develop additional working areas at Pinargozu while evaluating the geological potential of Sarikaya.

Pasinex is entering a new operating phase following the completion of its acquisitions and consolidation of its Turkish operations.

With direct management of production, mine development, exploration and commercial activities at Pinargozu, Pasinex is focused on developing additional working areas and increasing production over time, while advancing its first drilling program at Sarikaya and systematically exploring the potential of both properties.

As its second high-grade zinc asset in Türkiye, Sarikaya further expands Pasinex’s exploration and development focus alongside its producing Pinargozu Mine.
