Happy !

"The way we treat animals is truly a reflection of our own ability to show love and compassion to all beings," says photographer Lesley Marino. "I hope someone looking at my photos can see themselves reflected in the eyes of an animal and see them as individuals capable of experiencing the same range of emotions that we do — joy, love, happiness, fear, trepidation, sadness — and choose a path based on compassion."
