There’s something about being in a new place, a new culture, and new people that strips everything back. 🤍

New streets. Old traditions. Conversations that go deeper than they do back home. Admire the beauty in it all - the details, the smiles, the awe.

Good Friday is a reminder that some things are worth slowing down for — not just the churches and the history, but the people standing next to you in them.

Wherever you are this long weekend — soak it in. The culture, the quiet, the connections.

Women founders are using AI to move faster.
But speed without judgment scales mistakes.

AI reflects patterns. It mirrors bias. It amplifies what’s already there.

So the real question isn’t: are you using AI?
It’s: do you understand what it’s showing you?

International Women’s Day often celebrates representation. But representation alone doesn’t guarantee power.

As AI becomes embedded in how organizations evaluate collaboration, performance, and leadership potential, a harder question emerges:

If AI helps decide who advances… who defines what leadership looks like?

Women have spent decades fighting for economic independence and leadership authority. Now we’re entering a moment where algorithms may quietly shape who is seen as “leadership material.”

This is why cultural intelligence matters more than ever in AI-driven workplaces.

Women athletes are breaking records in 2026.

But the full picture of women’s sport is more complicated.
• Olympic participation is nearly equal
• Women are leading medal counts in some countries
• Viewership is rising

Yet…
• Media coverage is still limited
• Pay gaps remain
• Female athletes face higher rates of harassment and abuse

So what’s the real state of women’s sport today?

We broke it down. Read the full blog: What’s the Reality of Women’s Sport in 2026?

All month we’ve asked hard questions.

About AI bias.
About freedom and accountability.
About what leaders say when the world is watching.
About whether Black History Month still matters.

Now here’s the harder one:

What changes on March 1?

If your commitment to equity expires with the calendar, it was never leadership.

We just released:
The 30-Day CQ Action Plan

Because awareness without structure fades.
And culture doesn’t shift on intention alone.

If you lead people, build teams, or influence policy — this is your blueprint.

End the month with reflection.
Begin the next with ex*****on.

They call it “Operation Southern Spear.” We call it a violation of human life. 🇱🇨💔

On Feb 13, a U.S. strike destroyed a St. Lucian fishing vessel. Families in Micoud report fathers and fishermen missing. The U.S. calls them “narco-terrorists.” Locals call them family.

This Independence Day, we’re not just waving flags — we’re demanding accountability.

A $100M fund doesn’t appear out of nowhere.

It appears when a system reveals its blind spots.

Canada’s Black entrepreneurs aren’t short on talent. The data shows they’re short on access to capital.

And when capital misfires, the whole economy pays.

This fund is a signal.
The real question is whether your leadership follows it.

Share this with them and find out. Full breakdown in the blog.

AI doesn’t “become biased.”
It reflects what goes unchallenged.

When we stop questioning outputs, accept defaults as neutral, or fail to notice whose stories are missing, systems learn that silence is approval.

Black professionals see the gaps early. Not because we’re looking for problems — but because we’ve lived the consequences of flawed systems before.

AI is already shaping hiring, performance reviews, marketing decisions, and policy. The real issue isn’t whether it exists. It’s whether we’re influencing it — or letting it run without us.

This month, we’re talking about power, accountability, and how to shape AI at work before harm becomes standard practice.

Curiosity isn’t a soft skill. It’s a way of showing up in the world—ready to see what others know, ready to learn from experiences different from your own, ready to hold space for truths that have been ignored or erased.

This Black History Month, that kind of curiosity matters more than ever. It’s what lets us understand the depth of Black history, confront uncomfortable realities, and carry those lessons forward into a future shaped by technology, AI, and global change. It’s what helps leaders act with insight, not assumptions, and build cultures where everyone can contribute, be heard, and thrive.

For leaders and learners alike, the lesson is clear: curiosity opens doors. It turns observation into understanding, understanding into action, and action into influence. When we approach the world with eyes wide open, we don’t just react to the future—we shape it.

Reflection matters. But freedom today demands action.

During Black History Month, honoring legacy is only the start. True accountability shows in how we show up — at work, in our communities, and in the choices we make every day.

Will you do it? Not as a task list. Not as something extra. Once you know, it’s just how you show up.

Read the full blog to explore what freedom requires now — and how leadership and cultural intelligence intersect with accountability.

Emotional intelligence opened the door.
Cultural intelligence decides who gets through it.

This Black History Month, remember:
EQ without CQ still misses context, power, and lived experience.

Black history didn’t move forward on feelings alone.
It moved on strategy and cultural fluency.

CQ isn’t extra.
It’s the new baseline.
