I can't believe we are already on the other side of the winter solstice. 2018 is just around the corner. I love fresh starts and opportunities for starting new habits. Some of my goals for this new year include: being present-practicing more mindfulness on a daily basis. I'd like to enjoy the wonders of my almost three year old and not feel the crushing frustration of his budding independence ;), carving out more time to spend with friends, creating a bucket list with my kids of places to explore in Toronto, and growing Shluff so that I can reach more families and help them find the gift of sleep.
