Here is a review of the 2026 arbitration course from one of our students Dan Boyer: Murray and Dana did an excellent job of combining the legal principles with practical application. The discussions were engaging, the exercises were worthwhile, and there were plenty of opportunities to work through real arbitration scenarios and learn from the experience of both the instructors and the other participants.
I left the course feeling much more confident in my understanding of the arbitration process. More importantly, I feel that it provided me with a solid foundation to begin working as an arbitrator. I'm very glad I took the course and would not hesitate to recommend it to others."
