Our client in the services industry is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to support their dynamic sales team. This role is key to ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams, while driving efficiency in sales processes and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Coordinate and monitor sales leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer records in the company’s CRM system
- Respond to incoming inquiries and ensure timely, professional communication with clients
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators
- Support the preparation and submission of tender documents and bids
- Act as a liaison for customers, coordinating internally to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and client appointments for the sales team
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal departments to ensure project success
- Streamline and improve administrative and sales-related workflows
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements
- Collaborate with sales representatives, project managers, and operational teams to support cross-functional goals and enhance customer experience
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role—experience in a technical or construction-related environment is a strong asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM platforms
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Downtown and Greater Toronto Area as needed
