We are still by far the largest delivery company operating in the industry. Shortly after The Beer Guy's launch, we were approached by The Beer Store. They were looking for a competitive, reliable, advanced delivery company to help provide a value service for their customers. The appointment of The Beer Guy as The Beer Store's delivery company showcased that we were not like all the other delivery
companies. We were a company that put the customer first, one that looked to the future, and one that was going to be around for a long, long time. As most of you may or may not be aware, Dial A Bottle is the name generally known for this type of delivery service. What most of you don't realize is that not all Dial A Bottle's are the same. Dial A Bottle is a generic name for this service, much like Kleenex has become synonymous with all facial tissue. It is NOT the authority on delivery. In fact, most companies register as some name with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO); like Bob's Delivery, yet advertise themselves as Dial A Bottle. This helps them pick up the customer that has no knowledge about the business. The Beer Guy partners with some of the best delivery companies in the industry. Together, we are working to shift the overall home delivery industry in a new direction, away from the Dial A Bottle theme. The plan is to provide an overall better experience for our customers; making sure YOUR needs are our number one priority.
