One recent participant used those words to describe Meal Prep Mondays after stretching the food they prepared into six meals, plus taking home extra vegetables and spices.

Meal Prep Mondays brings CSI members together to cook with fresh, local ingredients, learn practical cooking skills, share lunch, and leave with meal prep components that make the rest of the week easier.

If you've been meaning to try it, this is your chance. Our August 10 session is the final Meal Prep Monday (for now).
