Remote sites are the hardest places to power. There's no grid, supply lines are long, and the equipment can't go dark.

We're at MSPO 2026 in Kielce, Poland this week, Europe's third-largest defence exhibition, with 40,000 visitors, 900 exhibitors and 60 official delegations. Canada is the lead nation this year, so we're exhibiting in the Canada Lead Nation Pavilion and are listed in Canada's official capability guide.

Our Pico, Pico-Plus, Nano and Micro systems are already shipping into satellite and African telecom. Defence runs on the same hardware and the same Illumience software, so every unit comes with 24/7 remote monitoring and management built in. Central and Eastern Europe is remote, grid-constrained and cold, which is exactly where managing a site remotely beats sending a truck.

Clear Blue Technologies reports Q2 2026 results

Our second quarter reflected real progress on the Clear Blue 2.0 strategy:

• Gross margin of 53%, up from 44% a year ago
• New bookings of $1.79M, a 19% increase
• Adjusted EBITDA of ($48,405), a 79% improvement year over year
• Net income of $23,374, versus a net loss of $365,337
• Recurring revenue up 11%
• Working capital of $1.40M, up from $0.66M at year-end

"We are making solid progress in our Clear Blue 2.0 strategy as evidenced by our expectation for revenue growth in the second half of this year and improving operating leverage," said Miriam Tuerk, Co-Founder & CEO.

We're also advancing our partnership with Eutelsat on multiple fronts, including Pico Plus deliveries for the Konnect WIFI program and a pilot in Europe addressing new EU cybersecurity requirements.

Clear Blue Technologies (TSXV: CBLU) has released its FY2025 and Q1 2026 financial results.

FY2025 was a year of progress: revenue grew 18%, new bookings surged 122%, gross margins held at 49%, and net loss improved 65%. Adjusted EBITDA improved 17%, reflecting continued movement toward profitability.

Q1 2026 was a transitional quarter. Revenue came in slightly below the prior year period at $1.0M, and bookings started slow before recovering to $907K year-to-date by mid-April. Adjusted EBITDA improved 41% as cost efficiencies took hold, and recurring revenue grew 9%.

The Clear Blue 2.0 strategy is focused on high-growth satellite and cellular telecom markets. Recent milestones include a contract with Eutelsat, an LOI for up to 15,000 potential system deployments, and advancing partnerships with a leading Middle Eastern satellite operator and a European IoT-focused communications provider.

With $1.2M in annualized cost reductions already realized and another $950K identified for the back half of 2026, the company is positioning for improved, and potentially positive, Adjusted EBITDA in the quarters ahead.

Clear Blue Technologies is executing on significant growth opportunities across satellite, defense, and critical infrastructure markets.

Building on a successful partnership with one of Europe's largest satellite service providers, we've delivered 450 Pico-Plus units to date and expect over 1,000 ordered by year-end. The relationship has expanded to include a CA$500,000 LEO co-development contract to power resilient internet access for off-grid and mission-critical applications.

Beyond this beachhead customer, our pipeline is broadening:

→ Early product testing with a leading Middle Eastern satellite operator for military and commercial applications
→ IoT-enabled product development with another European satellite provider
→ Partnership pathways for Canada's Arctic sovereignty investments
→ Contract discussions for security and border protection deployments in Africa

Our Africa telecom business continues to perform with ~CA$2.0M in purchase orders year-to-date, and our customer iSAT Africa recently secured US$15M in funding from Mirova to support its 1,000-tower expansion across Sub-Saharan Africa, powered by Clear Blue's smart off-grid solutions.

We're pleased to announce that Clear Blue Technologies (TSXV: CBLU | FRANKFURT: OYA0) has received the final $500,000 payment from the National Research Council Canada's Clean Technology Program, completing the original $5.0 million non-dilutive grant awarded in 2022.

This milestone marks the successful conclusion of our NRC IRAP R&D project, which powered the commercialization of our Pico product line and enabled major platform achievements, including:

→ The launch of Senti, our next-generation solar streetlight
→ Pico Plus deployments with leading satellite operators
→ A technology foundation supporting our expansion into defense, security, and critical infrastructure

🛰️ Big news: Clear Blue Technologies has been awarded a contract with Eutelsat as part of the European Space Agency's Sunrise Phase 2 Partnership Project, with support from the Canadian Space Agency.

Together, we're developing "Power Aware Link", an integrated system that combines our Smart Off-Grid™ power platform with Eutelsat's Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite connectivity to deliver resilient internet access in the most energy-constrained environments on Earth.
