Last week, we brought the entire Osborne family together at Lawlor’s of Naas Hotel for our Annual Company Conference 2026 - and what an incredible day it was! 💙
One of the most special occasions in our calendar, our Annual Company Conference brings together our teams from across Ireland, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, all under one roof, to reflect on the past year, celebrate our collective achievements, recognise the dedication of our people and look ahead to the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
With so much achieved over the past year, it was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect, share experiences and celebrate the people who continue to make Osborne what it is today.

To mark this incredible milestone, we rounded off our conference with a spectacular evening featuring our Osborne Oscars, recognising the outstanding contributions of our team, followed by a very special Movie themed dinner and party to celebrate three decades of Recruitment Excellence! 🏆🥂
From our beginnings in 1996 to the international organisation we are today, one thing has remained constant - our people are at the heart of everything we do.
