I decided to bring my laptop and get some work done while waiting for my car to be repaired.

Working from home is great, but it’s also good to have a change of scenery.

There is no better feeling than having your name called in rooms that you have not yet entered!

I was thrilled to be the Master of Ceremony, and one of the keynote speakers at last weekend’s International Women’s Day celebration, hosted by the SRPWPLA, and SGWPLA.

It was great to be in a room filled with empowering and inspiring women, including MPP for Scarborough Guildwood - , SRPWPLA President - Roslyn Okobia, SGWPLA President- Rosie, Layla Sharif, NLWCO Rep - , Pastor Georgina Jean-Pierre-Johnson, among others!

A huge thanks to all who attended, including the volunteers, and performers.
An amazing time was had by all!

When women support each other, we all win! 💃🫶🏽🎉

Dinner was amazing, and the dessert was to die for at yesterday’s IWD celebration! 🎉💃😋

What an amazing time we had with a room full of powerhouse women and the men who came to support us!

We came together to celebrate ourselves, those who went before us, and those to come after us.

Happy International Women’s Day/Week/Month to women worldwide. We see you! 👀
May your contributions never go unnoticed! 💃

Mental Health Awareness week may have ended, but your mental health does not take a break!

Life can be difficult, with many demands, but you need to get up and show up for yourself daily.

What are you doing to take care of your mental health?

Here are some ways that have worked for me:

- Dress up and show up for yourself, even when you don’t feel like it.
- Dress to impress! Yourself, not others.
- Attend networking, or training events. It’s a great way to meet people.
- Spend time with friends or loved ones who bring positivity to your life. Avoid negative people at all cost!
- When you’re depressed you often want to be alone, but spending time with positive people can make a world of difference.
- Go outdoors. Sunlight does wonders for your skin and your mood.
- Go to the beach, a river, or the lake. There’s something therapeutic about running water.
- Look in the mirror and remind yourself what a beautiful person you are inside and out.
- Take a stress relief supplement, such as ACTS with Ashwagandha. (Link in my bio.)
- Don’t forget to laugh. Laughter produces good endorphins in your brain.

If you’re reading this and you’re experiencing a difficult season, I’m sending you so much love right now.

Remember, tough times don’t last, but tough people do.

The great reset.

Sometimes in life you have to take a chance on yourself and do things that are uncomfortable.

Two of the major changes I made were in my 30’s and at 50.

In my early 30’s, I gave up everything that was familiar, including my home and a good paying job.

At 50 years old, I started over again.

Was it scary, yes, but I trusted the word of God. I had faith that, “If God takes me to it, he’ll take me through it.”

Hebrews 11:1 says that faith is believing in things not seen. I have lived by these words.

As a human, I falter from time to time, but my faith remains unbroken.

If you are going through a difficult season, know that it won’t last.

If you woke up this morning, you are blessed!

Don’t squander the day, and don’t take one moment for granted.

Remember you were put on this earth for a purpose.

What can you do today to make this day count?

Market America Leadership School 2026 was 🔥.

What an amazing time of learning, sharing, and friendships.

I’m so excited to continue my journey, helping myself and others to live our best lives by showing up fully for ourselves.
