Ray Dalio warned that China and Japan could reduce Treasury holdings. In Europe, Marine Le Pen proposed ā‚¬140 billion in fiscal savings, helping French bonds rally. Japanā€™s real wages rose 1.5%, marking eight consecutive months of growth.
