Hello, our friends, and brothers and sisters,
As of today, I have committed myself to living a vegan lifestyle.
This has come through a very long process and with a great deal of consideration.
I have no intention to be out screaming in the streets, or wagging my finger at anyone.
Although, I do understand, admire, appreciate and encourage that passion, I have a deeper understanding that substantial change comes in the same way as evolution: it’s very slow, and gradual.
But we have a beautiful opportunity with our consciousness to influence that evolution.
That is my intention now.
If anybody wants to discuss this with me, I am wide open.
I am not here to argue. Only to share, and to receive, and to share, and to receive… 💫
I will say one thing. The tipping point for me was seeing a pig on a cold, metal, rolling conveyer belt on its way to slaughter.
I saw its eye. It was wide, and full of confusion and intense fear. I have seen that eye before. In dogs and in people. And they weren’t facing what that pig was facing.
That, plainly, cannot be good energy that we produce, or allow to be produced.
