Babies can't tell time, they don't know when 15 minutes is up! Follow baby's cues and switch when their swallowing slows down. Message me or comment for more info, every feeding journey is different :) I don't deal in one-size-fits-all guidance because guess what, one size does NOT fit all 🤷🏼‍♀️ your baby is a unicorn and so are you!

💜 So I am incredibly fortunate to work with a number of teams in the GTA, Anamav being one. Here, perinatal mental health is paramount in the care offered. ✨happening tonight at 7:15, I'll be hosting an in-person prenatal infant feeding course at The WOMB Vaughan! There's still time to register if you want fun, informative, maybe a little silly, and engaging look into what breast/chestfeeding can look like.
