Production is closer than it appears. ⛏️

The Stock Mine at our Fox Complex in Timmins, Ontario is on track. Development continued on time and within the initial budget during Q2, and mineralized material from the ramp has already been sent to the mill.

📅 Mining expected to begin Q4 2026
🏭 Commercial production expected in 2027
⏳ Mine life extended to an estimated 8.5 years (from 6), based on the current Mineral Resource Estimate

Stock is expected to deliver lower-cost gold than our current Fox operations, thanks to a lower royalty burden, a shorter haul to the mill, and softer material to process. More underground drilling could extend the mine life further.

McEwen’s Channa Kumarage, VP Operations, and Zahir Jina, VP Permitting, Government Relations and Sustainability, caught up with Premier Wab Kinew in Toronto yesterday following his opening remarks at the Canadian Global Growth Forum. McEwen Inc. later hosted the Manitoba delegation at our Toronto office, and Rob McEwen had the chance to connect with the Premier in-person.

Manitoba is putting real effort into positioning the province for mining investment, and that work matters to us at the Tartan Mine Project. Thanks to the Premier and his team for the visit.

McEwen Copper Completes US$240 Million Term Loan

McEwen Copper has completed a US$240 million senior secured four-year term loan facility to continue advancing engineering and early works at the Los Azules copper project in San Juan, Argentina.

Participants include:

🟠 Sprott Natural Resource Investment Partners, with US$112 million

🟠 Rob McEwen, with US$85 million

🟠 Other lenders, with US$43 million

Los Azules continues to advance toward a final investment decision and full project financing expected in mid-2027, with commercial copper cathode production targeted for 2030. At peak of the last field season, the project employed more than 500 people, nearly 90% hired from San Juan.

"This financing reflects our lenders' confidence in Los Azules and in the progress Argentina has made over the past two and a half years," said Michael Meding, Managing Director, McEwen Copper.
