In 2025, a new business venture, Sojourner Conflict ReSolutions, was added to TSC Inc. We provide our clients with strategic guidance, advisory services, executive coaching, learning programs, organizational assessments, leadership support and tools to meet their current and future needs. We are subject matter experts in the areas of organizational development, capacity building, assessing human resource systems, operational considerations, learning and development. We apply an intersectional equity, diversity, inclusion, anti-racism and anti-oppression lens to our work. We work with clients in law firms, the film and tv industry, sports, food services, entertainment, law schools, legal clinics, entrepreneurs, human resources, retail, unions, hospitality, communications, and tech.
