“I Hate You and I Love You” is an emotional poem about the conflicting feelings we experience in life—caring and frustration, connection and distance, hope and disappointment. It captures the complexity of emotions in a way many people can relate to

Today was a cool and peaceful day in Crossroads Village. I jumped on my E-bike and followed the old train line toward Sutton Road, heading straight for the river. Along the way, I enjoyed the scenery and the calm atmosphere of the countryside.
When I arrived, people were already there enjoying the beautiful water and relaxing by the river. I took a stroll along the riverbanks, capturing the natural beauty and peaceful views with my camera. Sometimes the best days are the simple ones—fresh air, nature, good vibes, and exploring what's around us.
If you enjoy outdoor adventures, e-bike rides, nature photography, and authentic lifestyle content, you're in the right place.

After leaving Sutton River, I continued my journey toward Sangster's Heights and witnessed the aftermath of Melissa's powerful winds. A shortcut that once connected the community to the river was gone, forcing me to take a different route.
Along the way, I reflected on how quickly life can change. What seemed like an obstacle became an opportunity to see things from a different perspective. I saw a community growing, new homes being built, and people pushing forward despite challenges.

**FARM VLOG | VOLUME 5 🌱**

Not every day on the farm is exciting, but every day matters.

In this episode, I focused on clearing stubborn vines, shrubs, and unwanted growth that had been taking over parts of the land. It wasn't the hardest day, and it wasn't the fastest, but it was necessary.

As I worked, I began to see the farm differently. With every vine removed and every pile of dry leaves burned, the vision became clearer. What once looked like overgrown bush is now starting to reveal the future that I've been working towards.

Some days are about building. Some days are about clearing the path.

This was one of those days.

As the smoke rose from the burning leaves and the land opened up before me, I felt more determined than ever to accomplish my mission and turn this dream into reality.

The journey continues.

🌱 One step closer.

**FARM VLOG | VOLUME 4 **

Another day, another step closer to the dream.

After putting in the work on the farm, it was finally time to take a break and enjoy a proper Jamaican country lunch. On the menu was roasted breadfruit and tin mackerel, cooked simple but full of flavor. To top it all off, I washed it down with a cold bag juice.

No fancy restaurants. No luxury meals. Just good food, hard work, and the satisfaction that comes from building something with your own hands.

This is the reality of the farming journey—the grind, the progress, and the simple moments that make it all worthwhile.

Come spend another day on the farm with me.

Building the dream one day at a time.

FARM VLOG | VOLUME 3 🌱

The journey continues.

Every day on the farm brings new challenges, new lessons, and new progress. What started as an idea is slowly taking shape through hard work, patience, and consistency.

In Volume 3, I continue the grind, share updates on the farm's development, and show the reality behind building something from the ground up. There are no shortcuts, no overnight success stories—just dedication, determination, and a vision that keeps moving forward.

Some days are tough. Some days are rewarding. But every day is another step closer to the goal.

Welcome back to the journey.

**FARM VLOG | VOLUME 2 🌱🌅**

After spending the night in my farm hut, the journey continues.

In this episode, I give a late-night update from the farm, sharing the progress, challenges, and thoughts running through my mind as I push forward with the vision. As darkness covers the land and the sounds of the countryside take over, the reality of building a farm from the ground up becomes even more real.

But the work doesn't stop there.

Before sunrise, I'm back on my feet and ready to continue. With a new day comes new energy, new challenges, and another opportunity to move one step closer to the dream.

This is not just farming. This is dedication, sacrifice, and the determination to keep going when most people would quit.

Join me for another chapter of the journey.

🌱 Building the future one day at a time.
