And the second we find something that actually moves the needle? Suddenly we’re “taking the easy way out” or “cheating.” Now everyone has an opinion.

Peptides changed my body. They changed my energy. They changed how I show up every day.

That’s not cutting corners. That’s called working smarter in a world that’s asked too damn much of us for too damn long.

It’s very simple…

They are naturally occurring in the human body and therefore not PATENTABLE.

Big pharma won’t spend $100+ million on studies and production of something that can be copied and sold elsewhere.

Even though all my research tells me peptides are one of the greatest medical discoveries of our time.

It’s ALLLLLL about profits 💸 (are we even a little surprised?)

And when you research these little amino miracles, you’ll likely hear DANGER, 🚩, do not consume! ☠️

That’s also about profits. Specifically, this little thing called share of wallet.

Consumers have only so many dollars to spend each month. If they spend on things not sold by big pharma that leaves less to spend on big pharma brands.

The scale barely moved. But I dropped from 33% body fat to 24.5%. 🤯

Everyone’s obsessed with the number on the scale. I used to be too.

But since November, something has been happening in my body and the scale almost missed it completely.

In the last few months I’ve:
→ Lost 15.6 lbs of pure fat
→ Gained 11.3 lbs of lean muscle
→ Dropped my metabolic age from 51 to 38
→ Lowered visceral fat from Standard to Low

If I’d to the scale I’d have given up long ago. budged. Don’t fall for its trickery!

This is body recomposition and its what happens when your cells work the way they were meant to.

I’m not on a crazy diet.
I’m not hitting the gym twice a day.

I do Pilates 1-2x a week, eat more protein, take a tiny amino-acid tablet 🔸 every morning on an empty stomach, and chase it down with my hydrogen cocktail.

Cellular activation is the unlock.

That tablet supports the cellular pathways that control how your body uses fat for fuel vs. storing it. It’s been the missing piece I didn’t know I was missing all this time.

My body is changing insanely fast🔥

This in just the last 6 weeks:

✅ Body Fat % (BFP) 32.9% ➡️ 24.9%

✅ Lean Mass Rate 66.1% ➡️ 70.3%

Plus…

I have energy for days
Mental resilience (I’m don’t lose my s**t at the smallest things)
I’m clear & focussed
I feel motivated to get stuff done, even after a long work day

My results had nothing to do with cutting calories, counting macros or exercising like a maniac.

The only change I made was I added a Pilates reformer class 1-2x a week, avoid things I know spike my stress , and practice deep breathing when overwhelm is close. That’s it.

This isn’t magic. It’s what happens when we address the root cause and heal our cells from the damage and effects of aging.

Why is no one talking about this?!

Depression and anxiety are rampant, especially as we get closer to midlife. Personally, it’s affected my every day, often leaving me feeling like I’m being followed by a rain cloud that I can’t escape. This has only become worse with perimenopause and I know I’m not alone.

I was listening to a podcast on my way to the airport, with and he talked about how Saffron performs as well as SSRIs for depression.

He mentioned 5 studies — I looked them up and the research is very compelling (30mg daily is the daily dose studied). In short, saffron performed as well for mild to medium depression symptoms.

I can’t tell you how excited I am to get back home and start taking it. I’ll start it first as an enhancement and then maybe try to ween off the SSRIs altogether.

After 22 years taking SSRIs every day I’m shocked that I had to learn about this from a podcast.

This is the year of giving my brain a break and taking even better care of myself. I’ll be sharing my journey here daily.
