We were delighted to host our most recent BMG Associates Meeting on April 20, 2025—a truly energizing gathering that brought together a strong turnout of our valued associates and trainers. The session reflected not only the depth of expertise within our network but also the shared commitment to driving meaningful impact across the communities we serve.

During the meeting, BMG leadership provided key updates on several strategic priorities and initiatives shaping our path forward.

David Rivard's latest message on “leading the empty chair” is a powerful reminder of what leadership truly demands—presence, empathy, and the courage to consider voices not in the room.

When we bring soul into leadership, we move beyond decision-making into true stewardship. That shift has the potential to address some of the world’s most complex challenges and, ultimately, make it a better place for all. It starts with a simple but profound truth: others share the same hopes, fears, and aspirations—we just need to lead with that awareness.

Big ideas start with conversations 💭

Recently, our team got together to talk about something we’re really excited about: how we grow and share ideas at BMG.

We spent time exploring the direction of our Thought Leadership Program, which is all about giving everyone a chance to bring their curiosity, experiences, and perspectives to the table. Instead of ideas coming from the top, this is about building something together from the ground up.

It was a great reminder that some of the best thinking happens when people feel empowered to speak up, collaborate, and lead in their own way.
