We’re excited to share that Seabridge Gold has entered into an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Slaughterhouse Project in southern Wyoming.
The early-stage exploration project presents an opportunity to apply modern exploration methods and geological thinking to a compelling target for gold and critical minerals.

Last week Seabridge Gold took the KSM story directly to investors at the 2026 Stansberry Conference & Alliance Meeting, where Chairman and CEO Rudi Fronk presented “Launching the World’s Largest Gold and Copper Project”.
With investors from around the world gathered for conversations spanning precious metals, global markets and investment trends, Rudi put KSM in the spotlight, sharing the project and the Seabridge story with an engaged investment audience.
Seabridge’s presence continued throughout the conference as sponsor of the Opening Reception and with a booth in the exhibit hall, creating additional points of connection with investors and attendees.

Some of the most important project work happens before construction becomes visible.
In 2025, Seabridge Gold completed approximately 8,500 metres of geotechnical drilling across 117 drill holes at the KSM Project. This work provides critical information for engineering and supports the forthcoming Feasibility Study.
Construction also advanced on the Treaty Creek Terminal switching station, part of the infrastructure needed to connect KSM to BC Hydro’s renewable hydroelectric power grid.
In 2026, this work will continue as Seabridge Gold advances engineering, infrastructure planning, and technical studies that support responsible project development.

It was all hands on deck for a sunny September day of tree planting at the Glacier Creek Fish Habitat Offsetting Project (GCFHOP)!
Team members from across KSM stepped away from their usual roles and into the field to lend a hand with ongoing revegetation work at the GCFHOP. Even our Mine Manager traded the office for work gloves and a shovel to pitch in!
From Environment and Health & Safety to Camp and site leadership, it was a great opportunity to work together and contribute to the continued revegetation of the area.
Thanks to everyone who grabbed a shovel and lent a hand!

Local procurement helps project activity create broader value for nearby communities and businesses.
In 2025, 71% of Seabridge Gold’s procurement spending was with local suppliers, representing $144.3 million in local procurement spend. Much of the field and site-related work at KSM, Bronson Corridor, and Johnny Mountain involves local contractors, including companies operating as joint ventures with the Tahltan and Nisg̱a’a Nations.
This approach supports regional businesses, builds local capacity, and helps ensure nearby communities benefit from project-related activity.
In 2026, Seabridge Gold will continue prioritizing local procurement where practical to support regional businesses and project-related opportunities.

💗 A Million Reasons to Make a Difference

We are incredibly grateful to Elizabeth Miller and Seabridge Gold for their generous support of the Bulkley Valley Health Care & Hospital Foundation.

During Minerals North, Seabridge Gold committed to matching donations made in support of local healthcare. Thanks to that commitment, $6,768.00 has been donated in support of our A Million Reasons to Make a Difference Mammography Campaign.

Every contribution brings us closer to our $1 million goal for a new mammography machine at Bulkley Valley District Hospital.

For many students, understanding future career possibilities starts with seeing them up close.
In 2025, Seabridge Gold awarded $50,000 in bursaries to 48 Northwest B.C. students. The Company also supported immersive field trips for high school and post-secondary students, including a KSM Project camp experience for 26 Grade 11 and 12 students from Smithers Secondary School and Houston Secondary School.
Students explored careers in environmental work, trades, operations, aviation, and technical roles, connecting classroom learning with real opportunities in the region.
In 2026, Seabridge Gold will continue supporting student learning, career awareness, and education opportunities connected to the region.

Seabridge Gold is pleased to share today’s press release providing an update on the reconsideration of the Substantially Started Designation for our KSM Project.
The Environmental Assessment Office (EAO) has outlined the next steps in the process, including opportunities for Seabridge and others to review and respond to information before the EAO makes its recommendation to the decision-maker. The EAO has also recognized the importance of a timely decision and stated it will strive to complete the process as efficiently as possible.
