Salty Paloma founder Amanda Chen is about to launch the first NON-ALCOHOLIC, ALL NATURAL DISTILLED AGAVE SPIRIT made in Oaxaca, Mexico.

We have created a Kickstarter Campaign to raise funds for the project - including rewards like a recipe eBook, online cocktail class, an exclusive bottle of the non-alcoholic spirit, and even in-person experiences at Amanda's home in Oaxaca.

We only have a limited edition of the FIRST batch of TOMONOTOMO Tobala - a rare agave found in the mountains of Oaxaca.
