World Speak 2026:
TOMORROW MAY 22
There is still time to register!
Message from our Director, Lola Bendana
I am excited to moderate a key panel at WorldSpeak 2026 on a topic that is very close to my heart: Trust, Ethics, and Transparency.
This discussion will explore how leaders in the language industry can build and sustain trust in an increasingly AI-driven landscape.
As technology continues to reshape how language services are delivered, transparency is becoming a critical differentiator—not only in the tools and workflows we use, but also in how we communicate with clients, linguists, and partners.
Our panel will discuss practical approaches to:
Disclosing the use of AI responsibly
Maintaining quality and accountability
Setting realistic expectations
Managing risk and protecting brand trust
Aligning innovation and efficiency with integrity
In a time when AI is rapidly transforming our industry, trust can no longer be assumed—it must be intentionally built. Transparency is not a weakness or a risk; it is the foundation for stronger relationships, long-term credibility, and sustainable growth.
I look forward to welcoming you to WorldSpeak 2026 and to what promises to be an insightful and timely conversation.
Warm regards,
Lola Bendana
