Our team is currently undergoing a project to modernize apartments built in the 1960's and 1970's in the North York area of Toronto.

The idea:

Remove the middle partition dividing the kitchen / Dining & Living Room. Breaking the barrier and removing the divider will create an open concept design. In addition to removing the partition we care planning on adding curvature to some of the drywall, and updating the type of flooring from a vinyl product to a ceramic. These newly renovated suites will take these buildings from the 1960's to the 2013!
