Anime Vortex Next Generation

Greeting all we hope that you are having a great summer.

It's with a very very heavy heart that we're posting this post today telling you that anime vortex next generation at George Brown college is completely shutting down you guys must have already known with nobody posting anything in the last couple years but this is the post that we dreaded to make.
Unfortunately there is nobody willing to take over the club and it's been a very long time since we've had a proper staff that is actually interested in taking it over. With everything that happened with covid-19 and the pandemic with everything reopening and everybody doing different things with their lives there is nobody interested taking it over or there is but they're just too busy doing their own things..

So with that being said we hoped during the short time that we were there you guys enjoyed every step of the way it's very sad to see a go. But all things come to an end will keep the pages up and everything but will probably say that it's closed for the time being unless if there is someone in the near future that is interested in taking it over..

Hi everyone hope your doing well?.
So a few updates the club Coordinator at Georgetown College is currently trying to take the club over.
Our former president Mehdi has agreed to help set things up for the new club president when they are named.
So in the mean time keep an open eye for updates and when the club could be up and running again.

Greeting all.
This message comes with a sad and very Broken Heart. 4 and a half years ago i took over anime vortex. All I can say is it's definitely been one of the most greatest experience of my life from taking over my high school Anime Club, to running one of the best clubs I've ever ran in my entire life. It's hard to believe that my time is basically over.
So with that being said the next meeting is possibly going to be the last meeting of the semester which is that we are going have a Christmas theme party. So there be food It's just ironic that all three of the current executives are all graduating at the same time and we found new people so at the next meeting will be talking about the future and the possibility of a new start.

Once again I would like to thank all of you that helped out during the years you've definitely help to make anime vortex one of the best clubs I've ever ran it's been one of the best experience of my entire life I'm definitely going to take this with me I've met so many new people had really great experience is bad and good but at the same time I feel as I'm typing this message I feel like somewhere inside me that i want to continue the great legacy. But all good things come to an end eventually for those.

So with that being said i want you to all treat Jacques Antoine Vidjanagni what the upmost respect effectively next year he's now in charge and it will be the new club president farewell and I hope wherever you all go I'll see you guys around.

Once again thanks for the experiences and thanks for the time.

Greetings all.
As the semester comes to an end I have a few things to say I've enjoyed running Vortex for the time I being there I've seen so many people and I've seen so many events that makes me so happy.

On a side note we have the upcoming Club to ceremony and I would appreciate it if you can all nominate vortex to another award I'll be posting the link below to just fill it out and we'll go from there.

The Student Association of George Brown College would like to recognize the amazing efforts and dedication made by clubs at George Brown College during the 2017-2018 academic year.
