Made Dalgona coffee. It's delicious, worth the extra work!

2 TBS. Instant Coffee (I used decaf)
2 TBS. Sugar
2 TBS. Hot water

Whisk or use a hand mixer until it is thick and can hold a peak. You can use for cold coffee (cold milk) or warmed. I warmed milk in a pot on the stove and added a 1/2 tsp. of vanilla.
