Clare Kumar Neuroinclusive Design As a neuroinclusive design strategist, Clare helps organizations to create safer containers inviting the best of employees and customers.

We all deserve neurological safety - the conditions that enable us to move forward with ease (keep calm & carry on). After working as a productivity and organization coach for two decades, Clare has expanded her focus to look at collective performance. Using her neurodivergent lens, she created the concept of "neurological safety" - the conditions in space, culture, and experience that invite part

icipants to move forward with ease, or "keep calm and carry on". She works on a projects related to improving elements of neurological safety - improving sensory support, cognitive kindess, and emotional engagement. Clare mixes coaching select clients with spokesperson work and growing the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program as its Regional Director in Canada. She is open to collaborating on projects that improve the well-being, experience, and inclusion.

Pliio Clothing Filers are back and available to order via Cochic.

And this time with the larger 10” width
waning you can fold larger garments. When I created this size, it handled up to ###L t-shirts but as fashion changes, know that it will comfortable handle triple the width, so up to 30” wide.

🧠autism and high sensitivity are traits that are sometimes misunderstood, confused, even conflated, but they have distinct descriptions. that said, i have noticed that they continue to evolve and some, like myself, feel that both apply.

🔎 after getting an AuDHD diagnosis last April, i thought it worthwhile to discuss what can feel like a blurry line between high sensitivity and autism. it is perhaps why i have found myself not quite fitting in in a couple of sensitive communities.

🫶i explored this topic in a discussion with some who identify with these traits and grew my understanding even more deeply.

if you’re curious about these forms of neurodiversity, please have a listen. if you know someone wrestling with their neurodivergent identity, please pass it along. i’m finding hearing a wide range of perspectives enlightening and hope you do, too.

maybe the best noise-cancelling headphones?

what else would you share?

i'm curious...

i was just getting some help over the phone from my bank trying to activate a new access card. nothing they sent on the information sheet along with it worked.

the authentication process was onerous and slightly overwhelming from an auditory perspective.

who asks your age by choosing from the following four options

b) 56 - 57
c) 57 - 58
d) 58 - 59

and insisting they read all the options.

i have no auto lease but have to listen to more silly options.
