Heaviest panels come out first, because with three guys on labour you don't want the hardest lift waiting for you at the end of the day.

Then it's a ramp to get the old units out clean, a staging spot where glass can sit undisturbed and out of everyone's way, and a real answer for that awkward staircase before the big panel ever comes through it.

The homeowner brought the crew cold water, and honestly that lands. 💧

Then the client turned up with water for everyone.
