The restaurant business is hard, simply put and if you want to be part of this world, you need to make the right decisions.

Having access to money and thinking it would be fun to own a restaurant is a closer waiting to happen.

Cooking a home, or having a cooking hobby, doesn't make you a chef and someone that can work in a restaurant kitchen.

You need experience, and a lot of it to be successful.
