We are committed to ensure clients are aware of AODA standards.

Our team has completed a 168 page Built Environment Accessibility Review for Colliers three towers at Consilium Place. We addressed public areas, including parking and exiting to ensure all conditions can meet the AODA requirements and possible Human Rights issues that could ensue. The goal is to have any issues addressed by Landlords before the Ontario January 1, 2025 deadline.
