Shelley brought over 35 years of experience as a business leader across CPG, manufacturing, franchise, and distribution; holding CEO and advisory roles for both Canadian and global organizations. Above and beyond her experience, what makes Shelley exceptional is the way she shows up for every business leader she works with, providing wisdom, generosity, and an unwavering belief in their potential.

As we say farewell to Shelley, we are equally thrilled to welcome two extraordinary leaders who will be stepping into Executive Advisor roles and taking over her groups: Alison McLean and Liz Beemer.

Alison and Liz are not new to PEO Leadership. Both have been members of our leadership community for a combined total of over 37 years. They know, firsthand, the transformative power of these peer advisory groups and the difference a great Executive Advisor can make. Having recently retired from distinguished corporate careers – Alison as President of Nestlé Nutrition and Nestlé Health Sciences Canada, and Liz as SVP & General Manager at Bayer Canada, they are each beginning their next chapters with PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance, and we are honoured they've chosen to give back in this meaningful way.

Alison and Liz bring with them decades of strategic leadership, deep empathy, and a genuine commitment to the growth of the business leaders they will serve. Our members are in exceptional hands.

As the integration of Innovators Alliance and PEO Leadership moves forward, we’re pleased to share an important leadership update.

Stefanie Ince is the President of PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance, bringing deep experience, trusted relationships, and strong operational leadership to support our combined community of more than 200 leaders, entrepreneurs and executives.

Alongside this, the integration brings together a highly experienced group of Chairs and Executive Advisors - leaders who have built, scaled, and led organizations across manufacturing, consumer goods, services, technology, and AI-enabled businesses. This expanded bench strengthens how we support our members and ensures access to experienced, relevant guidance at every stage of leadership.

Leon Goren will continue in his role as CEO, focused on strategy, growth, and stewarding the purpose at the heart of this community: helping leaders think clearly, make better decisions, and build stronger organizations through trusted peer support and experienced guidance.
