This year I have put on 22 lbs in 6 months. Lets just says the weight gain has been a wake up call, or more like a wake up and look in the mirror call...and I decided to get back on track. Fortunately, I happen to be one of those people that enjoys the gym while others enjoy walking or biking. Now that I am back, I am experiencing improved health, appearance, higher energy levels, a more positive outlook on life and pride in myself. The endorphines are at their finest when I leave the gym.
