پیام تبریکی گمپنی های نظریار بمناسبت 28 اسد، سالروز استرداد استقلال کشور
فرارسیدن نود هفتمین سالروز استرداد استقلال کشور عزیز ما افغانستان، نه تنها مایۀ افتخار برای همۀ اتباع این دیار کهن و آزادی دوست بوده، بلکه فرصتی برای تحکیم همبستگی ملی نیز می باشد. 28 اسد یادبود از استقلال طلبی و مجاهدت مردم افغانستان به رهبری غازی امان الله خان و عبور به مرحلۀ نوین در تاریخ کشور محسوب می گردد که منبع الهام برای بسیاری از ملت های در اسارت و نهضتهای آزادی خواه در سراسر جهان تلقی می گردید.
تجلیل از این روز، ادای احترام به هموطنانی است که متحدانه گردهم آمدند و درهای جهان را به روی افغانستان گشودند و کوشیدند تا کشور را در مسیر ترقی و انکشاف سوق دهند. 28 اسد تنها پیام استقلال خواهی یک ملت نبوده بلکه پیام همبستگی ملی، جانفشانی و درایت سیاسی نیز می باشد. البته که کشور ما و شما از آن زمان تا حال دوره های روشن و تاریک را سپری نموده و فراز و نشیب های زیادی را تجربه نموده است، ولی در هر دورۀ تاریخ، مردم افغانستان پیروز بدر آمده اند و چنانچه امروز هم مشاهده می نمائیم مردم ما با حوصله مندی و از خودگذری با چالش های گوناگون دست و پنجه نرم کرده و برای نیل به یک هدف والای ملی در یک صف قرار دارند.
اینجانب به نمایندگی از شرکت نظریار و همکارانم ، ضمن عرض تبریک به مناسبت این روز میمون و خجسته، آرزو دارم که ارزشهای نهفته در نهضت استرداد استقلال افغانستان همیشه منبع الهام برای گسترش ثبات، رفاه و اتفاق در کشور و تحقق بخشیدن آرزوهای نیک کلیه هموطنان عزیز باشد.

Plan risk management is the key for any project to success, risk management is very critical to the success of a project. It would be wise to think about how you will approach risk management before you act it?
Plan before you act.
Successful risk management involved with the six sequential risk management processes are:
* plan risk management
* identify risks
