Is your association collecting data… or actually using it?

A staggering 76% of associations have undertaken a significant digital transformation within the last two years, including 41% who launched initiatives in just the past 12 months.
But new technology alone doesn’t guarantee better outcomes.
Only 3% of associations fully segment their communications by audience. Despite having more member data than ever before, 86% use segmentation only intermittently, and 11% still send the exact same message to every member regardless of their needs.
