Can you believe this kitchen was designed 10 years ago?

Yes, we years and I feel it still fits in today’s aesthetic. When I say to clients all the time, you only want it done once and not have to redesign or renovate again in 5 years. This is what I mean.

We’re now moving on to designing her basement and we’re applying the same principals as we did for her main floor. Timeless and chic.

Listen we aren’t yard people. We lived in apartments and condos for a good part of our lives. So I called up and they came when I needed them!

So happy with the results. I’ll show you a before and after of our rental as well. There was a forest growing at the front and back!

Currently designing a basement that needs to do a little bit of everything ✨

My clients wanted this space to function as a lounge area, bedroom, and workspace all in one — so I stopped by Resource Furniture Canada today to explore some multifunctional furniture solutions.

Honestly… these transforming systems are SO smart.

I love finding pieces that maximize functionality without sacrificing the overall look and feel of a space. Especially in basements, every square foot matters, and solutions like these help keep a room feeling open, intentional, and uncluttered.

Definitely left inspired with a few ideas for this project 👀

Some sneak peak AI concept we did for our water front project. It took less time than having to do this myself. We told AI our textures and our vibe, took some prompting but we got it to a place where our client understood what we wanted to convey.

We are layering textures and tones into these spaces and making sure we customize it based on our clients needs and aesthetic.

May so far…

Not going to lie, it’s be hella busy but we are making it through. Grateful for the work I currently have. Thank you to the people who are making it happen. Manifesting more blessings to come this month. We’re only on week 2!

I bought a DIY flower kit from . Low maintenance succulents that were so easy to put together! I highly recommend if you are visiting the area, make a stop here. I didn’t plan on buying any flowers and just having high tea but here we are!

Also their high tea is amazing. Lots of great food and desserts.

Do you remember our studio picks? I asked AI to generate it into a room and this was the result of wha it gave me. It’s not bad. This is one way I can get behind AI if we can interpret pieces into a room to show a client. I’ve been learning today and it’s been going great so far!
