Fat Bastard reached out to The Fifteen Group over 12 years ago to start their journey. What started as a single restaurant was ready to franchise, and we were there to build the pieces that made it work.

At the time, the profit model didn't hold up, the menu was disjointed, and there were no operational systems or procedures in place. We rebuilt the operation over 15 weeks into a model franchisees could actually succeed with. Fat Bastard Burrito was acquired in 2022.

UK actress Lisa He's mom ran a struggling Chinese restaurant in Edinburgh. Lisa documented her attempt to turn it around, and the video hit 15 million views, eventually giving her mom a proper holiday for the first time in 30 years.

But going viral isn't a long-term fix for a struggling restaurant.

Creating a restaurant with an already successful parent brand is both a blessing and a challenge. 🍷

For The Modest Butcher we needed to uphold the values of Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery while building a concept that stood on its own, one that celebrated the wines produced on site.

Every food menu was designed around ingredients that pair well with the winery's portfolio.

Working closely with our client made all the difference. They knew their market, knew their product and brought great ideas to the table.

The result: a concept that works as both an extension of the winery and a standalone destination in Okanagan wine country. The Fifteen Group helped shape the positioning, the menu and the brand.
