Let’s talk about rejection… 💔
Not the kind we brush off—but the kind that lingers.
The kind that quietly whispers:
“You’re not good enough.”
“Something must be wrong with you.”
If you’ve ever felt overlooked, not chosen, or deeply hurt by someone’s actions (or silence), you’re not alone.
Rejection doesn’t just happen in big moments—it shows up in relationships, work, friendships… even in places we thought were safe. And over time, those experiences can build, shaping how we see ourselves without us even realizing it.
I’ve had my own journey with rejection—through childhood experiences, workplace challenges, and even being ghosted in relationships. What surprised me most wasn’t just the moment itself… it was how deeply it affected me long after.
At one point, I felt stuck—emotionally, mentally, even spiritually.
Until I paused and asked myself:
What is really going on beneath the surface?
The answer was clear: unhealed rejection.
Here’s what I’m learning (and still walking through):
✨ Rejection may have happened—but it doesn’t define your worth
✨ The story you tell yourself after it matters more than the moment itself
✨ Healing begins with honesty and giving yourself permission to feel
✨ You don’t have to carry it alone
If this resonates with you, take a moment today to be gentle with yourself.
You are still worthy.
You are still enough.
You are still deeply valued—regardless of who didn’t choose you.
And maybe… just maybe…
this season is not about being rejected—
but about learning to choose yourself again. 💛
