🏨❤️ MEET Ode — A FAMILY LOVE LETTER TO DUNDAS WEST

What happens when a family falls in love with a neighbourhood and decides to build something of their own?

Founded by Erica Herbert and built with her children, Ode is a family-owned, Black-owned boutique hotel that grew out of a love for Dundas West — and a desire to create a place that feels connected to the community rather than separate from it. 🖤

🛋️ Local makers and creatives helped shape the furniture, interiors and details.

Join us today for the opening of Where Walls Meet Sky, a free contemporary art exhibition curated by Rui Pimenta of Art Spin .

Set within the fire-scarred ruins of St. Anne’s Anglican Church, the exhibition brings together 12 Canadian artists responding to this extraordinary site — exploring themes of renewal, rebirth, memory and transformation.

With the church’s roof now open to the sky, the architecture itself becomes part of the experience. Art, history and place come together in a unique exhibition that invites us to see these ruins in a new way.
