It’s not every day we get to design two bespoke custom homes right next to each other!

Marin from Contempo Studio recently met up with Frank from Modern9 Builds to tour the stunning new Muzich project. Walking up to this home, the first thing you notice is the grand, two-story entrance. We designed a massive, 13-foot-tall front door framed by aluminum glass, which creates a powerful and luxurious first impression. Frank and his team executed the vision perfectly, pairing the sleek glass with a beautiful combination of light stone and brick.
