Congratulations Mayowa & Amonah 🤍

What a beautiful celebration of love, family and culture at Mountain Soul last Saturday.

Their intimate ceremony was filled with heartfelt moments, surrounded by the mountains, vineyard and the people closest to them. It was such a meaningful day, and we loved seeing the personal and cultural touches that made their wedding uniquely theirs.

The celebration also included a wonderful spread of authentic African cuisine by HoneyHome, which added such a warm and memorable element to the day.

We were honoured to host Mayowa & Amonah and wish them a lifetime of love, happiness and adventure together. 🥂

Still thinking about this night. 🍷✨

Our first Long Table Dinner tucked into the vineyard — incredible food, Mountain Soul wines, 50 guests around the table, and one of those beautiful Kootenay evenings that just kept getting better as the lights came on.

A huge thank you to Premier Chef Services and the John Premier crew for the amazing dinner and to Danny Vlanich for capturing the evening so beautifully.

I have a feeling this won’t be our last Long Table. ❤️

There’s dinner… and then there’s dinner in the vineyard. 🍷🌿

Danny captured our Long Table Dinner exactly as it felt — guests gathered between the vines, Chef John and his crew serving course after course, Trevor and I pouring Mountain Soul wines, neighbours and friends sharing one long table, and that beautiful Kootenay summer evening unfolding around us.

This is exactly what we want Mountain Soul to be about: great food, local wine, good people and experiences that feel completely connected to where we live.

A vineyard dinner is something a little different. A little unexpected. And pretty hard to recreate anywhere else.

Huge thanks to Danny Vlanich for capturing the evening so beautifully, Premier Chef Services for an incredible dinner, and everyone who joined us and made our very first Long Table such a memorable one.

We’re already thinking about what we could do next… 🍇🍷✨

We have just two Saturdays left on the Mountain Soul Wine Deck for the rest of the season:

🍇 Saturday, August 22 | 12–5 PM

🌅 Saturday, August 29 | 12–8 PM
Our Last Saturday Soirée

For our final Saturday, we’re staying open late. Come out for a wine flight, a glass or a bottle, settle into the deck and enjoy one last long summer evening at the vineyard. 🍷

Bring a friend, make it a date night, or gather a few people and claim a table.

Reservations recommended — walk-ins welcome.

After August, our September Wine Deck hours will be:
Fridays & Sundays | 12–5 PM

A motor coach full of Rotarians + a homemade potluck + Mountain Soul wine = one pretty fantastic Tuesday night. 🍷❤️

Tonight we had the pleasure of welcoming the Castlegar Rotary Club to Mountain Soul for a private evening at the vineyard.

They brought the food (and what a potluck it was! 🙌), we brought the wine, and Trevor led everyone through a tasting while we shared stories, laughs and a beautiful evening together.

They even insisted on feeding us—which might be the sweetest part of the whole night. ❤️

A huge thank-you to Lorraine Hartson for bringing everyone together and organizing the trip from Castlegar. We were genuinely honoured that you chose to bring your Rotary family all the way to Mountain Soul.

Great food. Great wine. Even better company. 🥂

What a night with the Castlegar Rotary Club!🍷

There’s something pretty special about seeing a big motor coach pull up at Mountain Soul full of people ready for an evening together!

We had such a wonderful time welcoming the Castlegar Rotary Club to the vineyard tonight. They brought an incredible potluck dinner—and even fed Trevor and me!—while we brought the wine. 🍷❤️

Trevor led everyone through a tasting of our Mountain Soul wines, and the rest of the evening was exactly what we love about hosting here: great food, good wine, lots of stories, laughter and genuinely wonderful company.

A very special thank-you to Lorraine Hartson for dreaming up the evening, organizing everyone and bringing the group all the way from Castlegar to spend the night with us. Lorraine, we were honoured that you chose Mountain Soul for your Rotary gathering.

And to everyone from Castlegar Rotary—thank you for making us feel like part of your group and for sharing your table with us. We loved hosting you.

Good food. Good wine. Good people. That’s a pretty great way to spend a Tuesday night. 🍷

SOLD OUT! 🍷✨

We are completely overwhelmed—in the best possible way—by the incredible support for our Vineyard Long Table Dinner. Thank you to everyone who purchased tickets, shared the event and helped spread the word.

We cannot wait to welcome our guests for a beautiful evening of vineyard dining, local food, Mountain Soul wines and a Kootenay sunset.

This event sold out much faster than we anticipated, and your response has shown us that there is a real appetite for more special dining experiences at the vineyard. We hope this will be the first of many.

A quick ticket-safety note: Mountain Soul does not authorize ticket sales in the comments. Any legitimate ticket transfer must be verified directly through us before payment is sent.
