What happens when a mother, a daughter, a wine flight, and a box of artisan chocolates get together on a sunny afternoon? 🍷🍫

Quinn and I had the tough job of “quality testing” our new Wine & Chocolate Pairing Experience featuring handcrafted chocolates from .

Our pairings:

🍷 Sparkling Rosé + Raspberry Lemon

🍷 Riesling Reserve + Salted Caramel

🍷 Gewürztraminer + Orange Pecan

🍷 Velvet Red Blend + Sambucca Coffee

A huge thank you to Aurelien and the team at Chocofellar for creating these incredible chocolates. We had so much fun recreating the pairings from our sold-out Mother’s Day Wine & Chocolate Affair.

And yes… stay until the end for the bonus blooper reel. It brought me far more joy than it brought Quinn. 😂

From tank to bottle… and now to your glass.

Our 2025 Piquette Frizzante has officially been bottled and is now available at Mountain Soul Vineyard & Winery.

Crafted from a second pressing of the grapes, this lightly sparkling wine is unlike anything else in our lineup. Expect notes of honey, soft smoke, red fruit, and surprising texture, all wrapped up in a refreshing, lower-alcohol style (8.8% ABV).

For those who enjoy discovering something a little different, Piquette is rustic, approachable, and uniquely Kootenay.
