Phippen House Phippen House is a home that sees each youth and young adult as a valued member of society who is able to enrich the community.

We support the emotional, physical, mental, and social development of each child to reach their full potential. Provides a home and support for children/youth, ages 1-18 years old, having medical, physical and developmental challenges. Our staff have extensive training in American Sign Language (ASL), iPad communication, Picture Symbol, and other augmentative communication devices.
