A swarm in 4 parts. Quick back story, I was doing inspections on my home hives. This was a swarm caught in late April / early May from the Ramada Inn in Trenton. I have already pulled 45lbs of honey from this swarm and now they have swarmed again. Hope you enjoy the vids!

Sometimes bees are transported across the country for pollination contracts. Occasionally when the driver stops at a service station some bees escape. Seems like a lot but transports can move 600+ hives at a time. These girls were given a new home with some open brood to see if they want to make a queen.

This was the second branch of a swarm at my Arcadia yard. These girls were very gentle.

Fantastic Bee Tree today! Thanks to Julian Katz for the assist and pics. Sorry for no livestream this time my phone dropped into the Trent River yesterday and the anxiety is real lol. Thank you to The City of Belleville for the call. The girls are adjusting to their new home for a few day before moving to a isolation yard for some much needed them time for a few months. Tree was 45 feet high with the hive from 1 foot high to about 10 feet. Super removal!
