At Priority Made Property Solutions, there’s more to our work than showing up with cleaning supplies. There’s planning, communication, teamwork, and care behind every visit.

From regular home cleaning to deep cleans and vacation rental turnovers, we take the time to understand your priorities and establish what’s included.

Our cleaners work from checklists and property instructions to help deliver thorough service. While taking pride in what they do and providing care for how someone experiences your home on their vacation.

3. Communication that keeps you informed
For our vacation rental clients, we report concerns such as damage, missing supplies, and maintenance needs so you can stay ahead of issues. We timestamp all photos for reassurance of each cleaning.

4. An extra set of eyes before guests arrive
After each vacation rental turnover, a lead manager completes a verification check—looking at the space as an arriving guest would.

5. Care beyond the cleaning
We want homeowners to feel supported and guests to feel welcome. We’re proud to help care for the properties you trust us with.

6. We perform small emergency tasks that clients and guests run into and a lot of time we work it into current hourly billing if appropriate to do. Vacation rentals run into small things and we’re here to help make sure that doesn’t become a bump in the road.

7. Our owners live within a comfortable radius of all our clients homes and the properties we care for, that way our owners constantly have boots on the ground to help assist you with your properties. If you don’t live close, it’s ok cause we do.

8. Our owners also run a finish carpentry business, meaning we can handle any wall repainting, trim installation, floor fixings or installation, fix or build decks and handyman tasks. We’re not scared to clean those exteriors either. Windows, cobwebs, garbage clean up and so much more.

9. Our owners and lead managers are able to help you start up, maintain and maintenance your hot-tubs and pools.

10. Our owners have extensive knowledge, being in the industry for almost 9 years. Paired with a team looking to excel and take pride in what they do, we know we can help you!

5 workdays. 6 units. Phase One complete. ✔️

This client needed the job completed ASAP, so our construction crew got straight to work—and got ’er done!

Rental units come with their own requirements and finishes compared to the custom homes we often work on, but the transformation is still pretty amazing—especially across six units in just five workdays!

From raw drywall, prepped, sprayed right up to phase one done!!

A tight timeline takes planning, teamwork and plenty of hustle, but we’re proud to have delivered when our client needed us most. Now these six units are ready for the next phase! 🛠️

🎨 DAY 4 last week — What was once raw drywall and a big ambition to get it done with the utmost quality ever, paired with the speed of dedicated painters,

Has officially become a home painted with precision, speed, quality and hard work! Now a finished phase 1!! 🙌

Day 4 equaled more painting, plenty of detail work, fireplace painted and two coats starting to come together in each room! It’s these satisfying moments that make what we do, all worth it and we always wish we could see the owners first reactions ✨

We got side tracked over the long weekend doing some of our own home Reno’s!

🎨 DAY 3 last week — It Was All Coming Together Nicely!

What started as raw drywall is officially looking more like a finished home! 🙌

Day 3 was all about keeping the momentum going—more painting, plenty of detail work, spraying all complete, fireplace ready and coats starting to come together and watching each room completely transform with its first coat of paint! The long days are worth it when the vision finally starts coming to life! ✨

One more day until the first phase is complete—stay tuned for the final reveal! 👀🏡

🏠 Day Two of our four-day new-build transformation!

The raw drywall is already starting to look like a finished home as we continue working through both levels. Prep has been completed throughout, primer, ceilings all sprayed and trim spraying started - upstairs is complete of door and window trim and downstairs is midway! Downstairs trim and closets on the docket for tomorrow! Then we start color!

There’s still lots to accomplish, but the first phase is coming together quickly—and the difference from Day One is already exciting to see! 🎨🙌
