Since there are quite a few new faces here, I thought I’d share a few random things about me. 😊

I was born and raised in Romania and Canada has been home for more than 26 years.

I’m a trip planner by day, but I’m a teacher at heart.

I turned 50 this year, and somehow I feel more curious about what’s ahead than I did at 40. 😂

I LOVE to travel, but I also love planning the trip almost as much as taking it.

I’m a connector. If I know two people who should know each other, chances are I’m going to introduce them.

Personal development has become a big part of my life, although sometimes I think I’m doing just as much unlearning as learning.

And I believe we’re never too old to change direction, learn something completely new or surprise ourselves.

“Is this MLM?”
I had the same question.
I’ve been involved in different businesses over the years, so when I started looking at this one, I wanted to understand exactly what I was getting into.
Yes, the company I’m partnered with uses a network marketing model.
But one of the things that caught my attention was how we’re taught to build it.
I didn’t want to make a list of everyone I knew.
I didn’t want to chase family and friends.
And I definitely didn’t want every conversation I had with someone to turn into a sales conversation.
Instead, I’m learning how to use social media to connect with people, share what I’m doing and have real conversations.
When someone is curious, I can give them information and tools to learn more.
They ask. I share. They decide.
That feels very different to me.
Does it mean there’s no work involved? Absolutely not.
I’m learning new skills, getting uncomfortable, having conversations and becoming more consistent.
But I get to build it in a way that feels like me.
What comes to mind when you hear the words “network marketing”?
