PROJECT UPDATE | IVANPLATS, SOUTH AFRICA 🇿🇦

Master Drilling has successfully completed a 100 m emulsion hole at Ivanplats, connecting the 750 and 850 levels.

Using our 73R-GH3 raise boring machine, the team drilled a 13¾-inch pilot hole directly beneath the shaft previously completed by our Thor 1200 machine from surface to the 750 level.

Operating in a high-pressure, developing mining environment, our team continues to demonstrate precision, adaptability and technical expertise.

✅ Emulsion hole completed. Next up: Paste hole drilling!

A key milestone achieved at the B2Gold Antelope Project.

Our team has successfully completed the raise boring of the 47 m surface ventilation shaft, marking the first completed shaft within the current scope of work.

The overall project includes:
• 1 surface ventilation shaft – 47 m
• 6 underground shafts – 395 m combined
• All shafts at 4.5 m diameter
• Shotcrete support at the surface ventilation shaft

With the surface ventilation shaft raise boring now complete, the project continues as we progress through the remaining underground shaft scope.
