Hard to miss. That’s kind of the point. 👀⛑️

The VERTEX® HI-VIZ is built for visibility with a fluorescent outer shell, phosphorescent clips, and reflective bands to help keep workers visible day or night.

And yes... we sell it. 🌟

When your training involves putting a dummy in the air... you know it’s not your average day. 👀

Congratulations to Nick on completing his Confined Space Awareness, Entry & Rescue Train the Trainer course !!

The course covered both theory and practical skills, with Nick completing his final practical assessment as a litter tender during a high-angle operation.

But what exactly is a Train the Trainer course?

At THAT Group, we don’t just train individual employees in skills like Confined Space, Working at Heights, and rescue operations. For qualified clients, we can also train their Health & Safety team members to become trainers themselves.

That means those employees can take what they’ve learned and train their own crews internally, helping organizations build stronger in-house safety knowledge without needing to bring in an external trainer every time.

We also practice what we preach. When our H&S crew has time between jobs, we use it to continue developing our own skills, complete additional training, and expand the courses we’re able to deliver.

Nick’s latest achievement means more knowledge, more training capability, and more ways to keep crews safe.

Congrats, Nick! 👏

Over the past few weeks, our team facilitated:

🦺 CommonCore Training
⛑️ Instructor-Led First Aid & CPR
🧗 CSA + Rescuer Training

Each course is designed to build practical skills, strengthen preparedness, and help teams feel confident when it matters most.

Looking ahead, we’ll also be supporting the Glencore Shutdown next month.

Fun fact about THAT Group: Our scaffolding team brings over 100 years of combined experience to the table. 👷‍♂️

That’s a whole lot of knowledge, skill, and hands-on experience behind the work we do across Northern Ontario.

Here’s to the people who make it happen. 💪
