Falcon Gold Corp. (TSX-V: FG | FSE: 3FA | OTC: FGLDF) has advanced Phase 1 exploration on our newly consolidated 17,225-hectare land package in central Newfoundland.

Located directly along the Valentine Lake Fault System, this district-scale position places Falcon at the core of what we believe is Newfoundland’s next emerging gold camp.

CEO Karim Rayani:

“This land package gives Falcon control over one of the most overlooked segments of the Valentine Lake structural trend. We are moving aggressively to define targets and establish this area as Newfoundland’s newest gold camp.”

Phase 1 work includes:

• Till sampling
• Prospecting & mapping
• Magnetic reinterpretation & 3D modelling
• IP surveys
• Trenching high-priority targets

Falcon Gold continues to strengthen its footprint across one of Canada’s most prospective gold-bearing corridors.

Falcon Gold Corp. (TSX-V: FG | FSE: 3FA | OTC: FGLDF) is pleased to announce the launch of Phase 1 exploration across our newly consolidated 17,225-hectare land package in central Newfoundland, strategically positioned along the prolific Valentine Lake Fault System.

Falcon has engaged GeoXplore Surveys Inc. to lead an aggressive, discovery-focused program designed to advance what we believe is Newfoundland’s newest emerging gold camp.

CEO Karim Rayani stated:

“This land package gives Falcon control over one of the most overlooked segments of the Valentine Lake structural trend. We are moving aggressively to define targets and establish this area as Newfoundland’s newest emerging gold camp.”

Strategic Positioning

Falcon’s 689-claim district-scale land position bridges two active exploration fronts:

• Sokoman Minerals (Crippleback Lake Trend – west)

• Benton Resources (Stony Lake Caldera Corridor – east)

Located directly on the Valentine Lake Fault System — the same crustal-scale structure hosting Equinox Gold’s Valentine Gold Mine — the land package provides exceptional structural and geological potential.

The Valentine Gold Mine includes:
• 2.7 Moz gold reserves
• 1.3 Moz measured & indicated resources
(Source: Equinox Gold)

Phase 1 Exploration Program Led by GeoXplore, work will include:
• Regional till geochemistry
• Prospecting and geological mapping
• High-resolution magnetic reinterpretation & 3D structural modelling
• IP-Resistivity surveys
• Trenching across high-priority targets

Falcon is positioning itself at the core of Newfoundland’s next major gold discovery opportunity. We look forward to advancing this highly prospective new gold camp.
