Edison Lithium Corp. (TSXV: EDDY) is pleased to provide an important update on the proposed acquisition of the Joutel North-West and Gagné Gold properties in Québec.

The TSX Venture Exchange has confirmed that its geologist considers the NI 43-101 Technical Report complete, marking another significant step toward final Exchange acceptance of the transaction.

Upon completion of the transaction, Edison may earn a 100% interest in the properties, subject to a 3% Gross Metal Royalty retained by Globex Mining Enterprises.

Edison Lithium Corp. (TSXV: EDDY | OTC: EDDYF | FSE: VV0) announces the appointment of Andrew Gainsbury as Chief Financial Officer and Director, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

The Company also provides an update on the proposed acquisition of the Joutel North-West Gold and Gagné Gold-Copper properties:

🔹 A site visit to the properties and the storage location of the historical 2022–2023 drill core has been completed.
