Renegade Gold (TSXV: RAGE | OTCQB: RENGF | FSE: 0700) is a Red Lake-focused gold exploration company advancing district-scale exploration opportunities in one of Canada’s most prolific gold camps. With a large, contiguous land position across the Red Lake Mining District, Confederation Lake, and Birch-Uchi greenstone belts in Ontario, Renegade Gold is focused on unlocking value through systematic exploration, disciplined capital allocation, and strategic consolidation.

The Red Lake greenstone belt contains seven distinct geological assemblages. The Balmer Assemblage, the oldest at 2.98 to 2.96 billion years, hosts every major producing mine in the district, including the former Goldcorp High Grade zone and the Campbell mine. Our Rebel Gold Deposit sits within Balmer Assemblage rocks. The younger Confederation Assemblage, formed roughly 200 million years later, makes up the northern and southern flanks of the belt. These rocks share similar structural controls on gold mineralization but have received significantly less systematic gold-focused exploration. Our Confederation Belt targets sit within this younger package: same district, same structural plumbing, but a largely untested geological frontier.

Our strategy across the Confederation Belt is clear: consolidate the ground, systematically de-risk the targets, and bring as many drill-ready opportunities to the table as possible. There are very few greenstone belts available in the market today that are consolidated at our scale. Our objective for 2026 is to have everything buttoned up and ready to drill across multiple targets simultaneously.

Most of Northern Ontario's bedrock is buried under glacial till deposited after the last ice age. Standard soil sampling in this environment measures metals scattered by glaciers, not signals rising from the deposit below. Mobile Metal Ion (MMI) geochemistry solves this by detecting the ionic fraction of metals that migrate upward from buried mineralization through soil and till, using weak organic ligands to isolate only the mobile ions that conventional acid digests cannot distinguish. We are currently running MMI surveys across our LP corridor in the Red Lake district, where glacial cover makes this the technique of choice for identifying drill targets above potentially buried mineralization.

Our team is currently conducting till and Mobile Metal Ion surveys across the LP corridor, a district-scale structure in the Red Lake district. This program is designed to systematically test the structure and refine targets ahead of drilling. The LP corridor represents one of several parallel exploration programs we are running simultaneously across our 100,000+ hectare Red Lake portfolio.

We have secured access to our BobJo Property and are planning a prospecting and geological mapping program as the next step in advancing this target. BobJo hosts some of the highest-grade gold anomalies in our portfolio, with previous surface grab samples of up to 2,942 g/t Au and drill intercepts exceeding 200 g/t Au. The upcoming program will provide the geological framework needed to move BobJo toward drill testing.

We have mobilised field crews for our inaugural exploration program across the Confederation Belt in the Red Lake district. Work underway includes regional till sampling, geochemical surveys, mapping and prospecting, and drill target refinement. The Confederation Belt hosts high-grade gold mineralisation that has not been systematically explored, and this program represents the first structured effort across the belt.

Our BobJo Property in the Red Lake district hosts some of the highest-grade surface gold anomalies in our portfolio. Previous exploration at BobJo recorded surface grab samples of up to 2,942 g/t gold and drill intercepts exceeding 200 g/t gold. Structural targets at BobJo remain largely untested and are among the priority areas in our active Confederation Belt field program.
