Meta released their own AI model to the public called Llama 2 this July, which anyone can download, modify, and reuse, allowing people to build their own tools with Llama as their foundation. And just about today, Meta released an "Open Source" model – Liama 2 Code for all the programmers. Sounds too good to be true? Well, it does come with a catch: Liama 2 Code is not under a conventional Open Source License, which means it's not truly democratized and Open Source. If you plan to use it, make sure you take a good look at Meta's own license agreement!
